Ohno: Casual and simple. Normalcy is the best way to go. When we’re together, just wear anything that’s easy-going without being over the top.

Jun: Something casual? That’s because I’m dressed in jeans and beach sandals today. (laughs)

Sho: Anything, as long as it suits her. But I do hope she considers the time, place and occasion!

Nino: I’m pretty much good with anything. As long as she wears it!

Aiba: I like people who enjoy a wide variety of fashion.

Q5: And the kind of gesture from your favourite girl would be?

Ohno: When she’s throwing something. When girls throw stuff, don’t their wrists become limp? It’s like there’s no snap to it at all. I like that!

Jun: Her attempt to hold onto her hair for dear life so that it doesn’t fall into her ramen? (laughs)

Sho: A cute sneeze that almost looks like it’s fake. (laughs)

Nino: Her smile. It’s not really considered a gesture, but nothing beats a heartfelt smile.

Aiba: I seriously have no idea!


Q6: During this period, where would you go on a date?

Ohno: The ocean! The sea at Shikoku sounds nice, though I’ve only been there for work.

Jun: I guess it’s either fireworks or the festival.

Sho: Barbeque. I just wanna get together with everyone and make lots of noise!

Nino: Kamakura! The ocean! They seem like the standard places to go. [translator’s note: Doesn’t Nino hate the ocean?!]

Aiba: An island. I wanna see the dolphins!

Q7: What kind of praise, when received from the girl you like, would make you happy?

Ohno: “You’re so silly.” (laughs)

Jun: It can be anything as long as she’s genuine about it.

Sho: “I saw you on XX.” Something like that? She doesn’t need to praise me specifically, the fact that she watched the show makes me happy.

Nino: I’m a person who likes to be praised so she can say anything and it’ll make me happy. Like, “Wow, that was great.” I hope to be respected by the girl I like.

Aiba: I’m someone who thrives on praises so I basically welcome any type of praise!

Q8: Which part of a woman would you look at when you meet her for the very first time?



Ohno: Her eyes. This isn’t any particular reason to it, my eyes would just meet hers naturally.

Jun: Her eyes. When we greet each other somehow our eyes would meet.

Sho: Her expression. That’s because their temperament will be reflected in their expression.

Nino: Her fingers. I’m mesmerised by hands which are fair, pretty and slender.

Aiba: Her eyes. I think there are unexpectedly very little people who look straight in the eye of the people they are talking to.


Q9: Do the members of Arashi discuss their love lives?
Ohno: I talked to Sho-kun before in the past. But I hardly talk to anyone about it now! Basically, I solve [all my issues] by myself.

Jun: We virtually don’t do it at all, though we might just discuss it with the person we’re with at that point in time?!

Sho: Although we’re really good pals, we just don’t talk about it since we’re all guys after all. (laughs)

Nino: Nope! We don’t do stuff like discuss our love lives or borrow money. (laughs)

Aiba: We don’t do it in particular, but I’d like to think that we could do it with any other member. It’d feel something like, “Hey, listen…”


Q10: What is love to you?

Ohno: Cooperation.

Jun: One of the three things I need in life. I feel that the big three are nature, work and love.

Sho: Probably comfort and stimulation. Although I would hate for it to be overly stimulating.

Nino: Something that’s good if you have it. I don’t really have a strong desire for love.

Sho: Que sea capaz de reir, llorar y enojarse por las mismas cosas que yo.

Aiba:  Una chica con sentido comun, que no sea  arrogante y sea trabajadora. Creo que mi tipo de chica no ha cambiado desde hace tiempo, basicamente.

Q4: Que tipo de fashion tu tipo de chica usaría?
Ohno: Casual  y simple. Vestir normal es la major manera. Cuando estemos juntos, debería vestirse de una manera suelta sin llegar a exagerar. 

Jun: Algo casual?  Eso es porque hoy estoy usando jeans con sandalias de playa (risas)

Sho: Cualquier cosas, mientras le quede bien a ella. Pero si espero que ella considere, la hora, el lugar y la occasion. 

Nino: En realidad con cualquier cosa mientras lo este usando.

Aiba: Me gusta las personas que disfrutan de una gran variedad al vestir.

Q5: Y el tipo de gesto  que te gustaría de parte de tu chica?

Ohno: Cuando ella bota algo. Cuando las chicas botan algo, sus muñecas no se ponen suelta? es como si no hubiera una presión absoluta. Eso me gusta.
Jun: Cuando ella trata de agarrar su cabelo como si dependiera su vida en ello para que no caiga en su ramen. (risas)

Sho: un estornudo tan pequeño que pareciera que fuera falso (risas)

Nino: Su sonrisa. No es en realidad un gestor, pero nada es mas genial que una sonrisa que vien del corazón.

Aiba: De veras no tengo ni idea!


Q6: Durante este tiempo a donde les gustaría ir en una cita?

Ohno: El océano! El mar en Shikoku suena bien, aunque solo he ido a ahi por trabajo.

Jun: Creo que sería fuegos artificiales o un festival. 

Sho: Barbeque. I just wanna get together with everyone and make lots of noise!

Nino: Kamakura! El oceano! Parece que fuera el lugar a  ir.

Q7: Que clase de halago,  te gustaria recibir de la chica que te gusta, la que te haría feliz?

Jun: Puede ser cualquier cosa miesntra ella sea genuina en ello.

Sho: “Te vi en XX.” Algo como eso? Ella no necesita alabarme especificamente, El ello que ella estuvo viendo un programa mío me hace feliz.

Nino: Como soy una persona que le gusta que lo alaben asi que ella puede decir cualquier cosa y me haría muy feliz.  Como, “Wow,eso fue genial.” Espero ser respetado por la chica que me gusta.

Q8: que parte de la mujer tu miras cuando la conoces por primera vez?


Ohno: Sus ojos. no hay una razón en particulart, mis ojos solo mirarían los suyos naturalmente.

Jun: Sus ojos.  cuando nos saludemos nuestros ojos se encontrarían.

Sho: Su expresión. Eso es porque su temperature se reflejaría en su expresión.

Nino: Sus dedos. Me fascinan los que son claros, delgados y bonitos.

Aiba: Sus ojos.  Yo creo que no hay muchas personas que no vean directamente a los ojos cuando se les esté hablando.

Q9: Los integrantes de ARASHI conversan acerca de su vida amorosa?

Ohno: He hablado con  Sho-kun  antes en el pasado. pero casi no hablo con nadie acerca de ello ahora, Yo los resuelvo [todos mis problemas] por mi mismo.

Jun: Bueno nosotros lo hacemos, aunque tal vez lo conversemos con quien estemos en ese momento.


Sho: Aunque somos muy buenos amigos, so,simplemente no hablamos de esas cosas ya que somos hombres despues de todo (risas)

Nino: Nope!  No hablamos de nuestra vida amorosa o prestarnos dinero (risas).

Aiba: No lo hacemos la verdar, pero creo que podemos hablarlo si se llegase a dar la situación con cualquier miembro. SEría algo como "Hey, escucha..."

Q10: Que es el amor para ti?

Ohno: Cooperacion.

Jun: Una de las tres cosas que neceisto en la vida. Siento que las tres cosas importantes como la naturaleza, trabajo y amor.


Sho: Probablemente confort y estimulación. Aunque me hubiera gustado tenerlo para estar estimulado.


Nino: Algo que es bueno si es que lo tienes. En verdad no tengo ningun deseo fuerte por amor.

Aiba: Hablando francamente,  es difícil?!
